Crusader is proud to offer their Quality Assurance Program that follows your caravan right through the manufacturing process to the day you take delivery, ensuring every caravan meets our stringent quality control standards in construction, fit out, durability and toughness.

A quality gate signoff occurs at each build stage

The final factory quality assurance signoff

Each caravan is tested in our monsoon water test facility

Every caravan is accurately weighed

A final independent ‘white glove’ inspection occurs

A dispatch checklist completed and signed

The dealer completes a pre-delivery checklist

The customer signs the handover checklist
